Below are guidelines to how I have constructed this list, now database.
All items owned are listed invidually, duplicates are listed multiple times. The primary listing contains the item's title, it's product ID or equivilent and four icons that indicate the country of origin, the video format it is compatible with (if applicable) and the ownership of packaging and/or documentation (where applicable).

The icons are fairly self-explanitory, however the guide is below.
Items in bundles are listed seperately. The bundle itself is listed as seperate item.
Multiple pieces of software may share a single disc/cartridge/cassette. Unless a compliation, items will be listed seperately.
